Sure. Just make is smaller - 3->9 is more than enough. If he jams you have equity to call, so its not problem.

I would 3bet to like 7,5-8bb in position and call a shove. Now you committing yourself and than villain will shove with a tighter range. Offcourse it's possible villain is just a fish and doesn't pay much attention to your 3bet size.
