My opponent seemed reg-ish, this was his 3rd 3-bet in a short period of time so I decided to play back this time, I was a bit curious about his hand strength and wanted to play IP. What do you think his SB 4-bet calling range is? I was a bit confused about it but thought it may be something like TT+,AQ,AK,KQs, do you think he flats QJs? or anything else?
On the flop I think I could c-bet range but our pair really wants to check and I didn't want to get check-raised off our hand. On the turn I thought he could be betting as bluff because I checked flop, in hindsight though what bluffs does he have here?...maybe KQs? maybe he's betting a Jack because he think's we would bet flop with an ace? I decide to call and river trips, villain makes an awkward bet, I'm not sure why he wouldn't just go all in here but I think If I'm going to call I mine as-well put the rest of my stack in. I do think I could be beat by AA sometimes, maybe AJ but I called. Thoughts?
