Hi, I wanted to ask why there is only one table in the pokerstars lobby, for example double or nothing. Is there any possibility of multi-tabling in sit n go yet? Thank You :)

Why?
Who knows?

I agree that it is most annoying.
I've been playing the $1 hyper KO 36-player games, and you have to reg one, then as soon as it fills, another appears, but not before.

I greatly fear that PokerStars is trying to kill SnGs in favour of the Spingos

It is probably more like a way to combat the practice of registering a large number of SnGs and unregistering if players join that the regular would like to avoid.

That was my initial thought. Great minds think alike, eh? :f_tongue:

But if Pokerstars intentionally killed off their SNGs the site would become a clone of its nearest competitor GG Poker offering more or less the same product. By retaining their SNG section, albeit streamlined, they offer potential depositors something else their main competitor doesn't. It's all about small edges, increasing their bottom line, which the new owners annoyingly like to tinker with formats such as SpinGo by reducing blind levels in order to increase rake revenue by a few percentage points.

PokerStars' biggest edge is that it is the only place where stud, draw and mixed games can be played.
If they ever give that up, they're done for

It forces regs to play each other. You can't just sit at the empty table hoping for recs to show up.

Hi Matkalaulu,
I just checked, and there are a lot of empty Sit & Go tournaments available
If you're referring to cash games, it is also possible there to sit first-in at an empty table.

What I hate is that to join a waiting list, you must also sit at a similar table.
The problem with that is that there is often only one such table available — and that one has a very good reg sitting at it, just waiting for someone to come by.

Yeah I mean you can't sit in multiple empty tables at the same stake. Because there are not more than one empty / regging game per stake. Have no idea how you came up with the idea of cash though.

Here is 15s hypers fe. And the reason is like I mentioned to make it harder to bumhunt. Well can't post a screenshot but you get my point.
