Pre-flop: You asked if QJ should be raised, and the answer is the classic "it depends". If villain is calling wide enough vs a 3B then you could raise for value, if villain is folding way too much at the point being able to profitably raise ATC, then you have to ask yourself if QJ is weak enough to turn it into a bluff. Yet in reality you don't have a clue about villain (pretty frequent on Micros) so Snowie arrives to help.
At NL20 (the lowest stake for Snowie) Snowie will open from SB with a mixed strategy including limps and RFI for 3bb. He opens around 38-39% of the range in a almost perfectly balanced strategy. Vs himself he ALWAYS 3B TT+,AQ+,AJs+,KQs, and "A3o". And he use a mixed strategy of 3B and calls with a ton of other Ax hands, broadways, Sus, PP, etc, including QJo. BUT as you are not playing vs Snowie, you should ask yourself how to deviate from this and I will help you here.
If you think villain is going to 4B you like a monkey, then 3B tighter than Snowie, for example 3B only with those TT,AQ, AJs, KQs "A3o" (also consider showing the bluff preflop with A3 for the meta game, if you know you are under bluffing you could induce some specific villains by showing them your bluff, and make them wrongly assume you also 3B A4 and A5o, and maybe some weak suited hands, raising the EV for your value range).
If you think villain is going to 4B way lower than Snowie and also calling wider than Snowie, then your middling range becomes stronger so you could consider 3Betting with 99 AJ KQ ATs XJs, JTs, too. And then reevaluate your range as you get more information. Doing this will guarantee that you are using a range that is supposed to be +EV vs Snowie.
And for wrapping up. At NL2 villains tend to call wider than they should and 4B lower than the could. So BB vs SB RFI could be something like calling with 22, A4, K6, X9, 97, 54, J2s, T3s, X5s, 84s, 52s, 42s, 32s. And 3Betting tight and merge with 99 AJ KQ ATs XJs Jts "A3o". But always have in mind that your value range is TT, AQ, AJS, KQS so you can go back and forth as you need.
