What is the best move on the flop here multiway?

Good for me: Unblocking Nut FD, uncoordinated board.

Good for villain: I don't have set blockers. Do not have any pair blocker.

Because of my position I do think if anybody had a set he would donk into multiway pott to protect against FD. So my plan was bet/call. Think a half size bet would be better.

I think, given the low SPR and the light flop, your hand is doing well all-in and I guess you can bet full pot to put as much pressure on marginal hands as possible and push them to give up their equity. Your hand also blocks some straight draws. It also seems to me that in big multiway pots, the villains don't often slowplay. If you face QQxx, it's just bad luck.
