Hi,
The flop here is not great for my hand and my range, and gets check by everyone. I decided to bet as a bluff turn holding the A of diamond, but I guess it's too ambitious. What do you think ?

I like flop check. This turn I would just check and try to get into free showdown having decent showdown value. But would not mind bluffing any other diamond and use usually pot size bet sizing. If we bet this turn its probably good to bet on small side up to half pot and I would then barrel similar size on river. When BB donks pot its easy fold.

Sizing on the turn is weird. That is almost asking to be raised, as you give such a great odds for anyone to do it. And when you check flop, in reality you rarely have full house here. And for that sizing, no one folds a better hand. Therefore it doesn't really work as a bluff, unless you generate a lot of FE for next street.

If turn diamond wouldn't have paired, you could go for turn+river barrel, with big sizing. In general I am not sure how often population folds flushes in 2 barrels at PLO50. You know it better, just think how common it is for opponents to make 2-3 barrel call downs with any flushes. I know for sure that at PLO25 and lower Ace blocker bluffs have horrible disaster rate. Everyone calls down with any flush WAY too often.
