I think that I probably overestimated my equity I still had left after getting raised. Imo the river call was just plain stupid (I realized right after doing it, even without knowing the hand) but after going over it in depth I wonder if my thought process was flawed since start.

I remember that at the given time, my line of thought was just to flat call him if there pops up no Ace or King.

Well, going over it:
I have no information on this player. So with which range does he 3Bet me from UTG? Me UTG Raising decreases my range by quite a bit for him (considering he has no info either and this is NL10, so the standard assumption is that people are TAGs, right? At least that's how I do it..)
Given that I have pocket tens, this is the range I would put him on: JJ+,AJs+,KQs,AQo+
So by now, I am already behind in equity.
I realize that I have absolutely no clue how to play this at all.
1) How do I play this specific situation?
and more importantly
2) How do I generally play this with no information about the player, given any flop (or even before).
Like what is the broad (I know there is no one-in-all solution, but a more like "given this board, I'd do 75% of the time this, given that board.." etc) approach here?
3) Are at least my range assumptions correct?

I think you played the hand fine. Even though a fold OTR is also OK.
I would assume that Villain will bet their TP hands on the turn frequently, so you have a bluff catcher OTR.
I think Villain's range could be as wide as: 88+,A7s+,A5s-A3s,KTs+,QJs,AQo+,KQo maybe even include some suited connectors.

And btw. I would heavily recommend to not play with more than 150bb. When we are deep, the game changes significantly, and we are much more likely to make errors. In Zoom, you can leave and rejoin easily. Only when we are deep at a juicy regular table, it can be justified to stay so that we do not lose our seat.

Until the river I would play the same. On the flop a call is just fine with 1 over card on a small Cbet.

River is tricky, but against a unknown I would give up or you expect villain likes to change a hand like AK in to a bluff.

Cheers,
