Did you have a specific question?
PokerStars has some goofy rules that apply when you change your withdrawal method.
I can no longer remember what they are, and it has been a while and the rules might have changed.
If you're running into problems, then PokerStars support can sort it out — perhaps use MuchBetter support also if necessary.

Reason I asked is now I’m trying to withdraw it won’t let me, only option I have is wire transfer and I don’t have the required amount to use that.
