You could treat my hand just like AJ. Don't worry about the small bet sizing, I know it is not normal but I have my reasons for it here.
This is a very general question and I just figured I actually don't know how to play default here against unknown.
With Top Pair/Overpair, I certainly bet twice on Flop and Turn.
Now the question is: Should I bet again on the river?
Pros: I fake a missed flush draw 3-Barrel, Villain might call with bluffcatcher.
Pros: I make it harder to figure out whether I have a flush or not (then again, this is NL25 so no one really looks at my game consistency)
Pros: I get value from any top pair worse kicker.
Cons: If I get re-raised, it's a though spot. Depending on the size, I'd probably fold. Full House/trips is possible here.
Cons: Worse hands can re-raise to bluff me out of the pot. If I check and they bet, I can just call
Cons: If I don't bet, I give him the chance to bluff/thin value bet me on his own, which I can protiftably call.
So I wonder, what is the more common line for value here?
TBH I'm doing both anyway, because I am paranoid and like the idea of doing more than one thing on the same board. Still, I have to admit that I don't know what is the preferred line here, if you had to chose one.
