It is pitty.
So 4 MW pot, middle pair + top kicker, facing all-in cca 70+ bb from first bet, you can face vs. AK, KK, JJ, AT, you have 4x T outs for nuts, 3x A outs what could help to opponents too, and 2x Q outs, fold is OK to me.

Villains over shove makes no sense at all, but with middle pair and the broad way draw it's tough to call with in mind you you could draw sometimes to a draw.

snapfold, not even worth discussing. It's a 4way pot - I even snapfold KT. You're just going to be up against made straights and sets in 4way pots - Why even bother?

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with the flop overshove from the first guy. When it's shortdeck on such a board, a hand like JJ gains massive amounts of EV if he can make KQ or KT/QT fold - Don't forget that draws have way more equity in SD than in full deck so overbetting for thin value / protection + avoiding having to play nasty turns where half of them are completely unplayable (every A/T/9 and maybe K/Q if you have JJ) can't be too bad of a play.
