I had an update to do on the software after a few weeks without playing and i keep getting this error: 0x000d8ce3 failed to extract media after installation
I tried to uninstall reinstall, ccleaner my computer, reset it, etc. Keep getting the error
Anyone know what is this problem? Tried to contact support and i have no reply from them yet

I updated yesterday, and the update went smoothly.
Are you logged in to your machine as an administrator?
If not, that might be the reason.
The other thing that might help is to do a full uninstall, and re-install from scratch.
Careful though — this will change all your settings, and might remove any notes you have on players.
Before uninstalling, make sure you have a backup so that you can revert if necessary.
