3b pot, paired board, peel in position?

hope i understand right, if we had this other hand and we were in position instead oop is the question?
this reverses everthing a bit much, but in general i'd have a tough time to find a call here vs ep/mp 3better unless the hand was ds and we have 2bd fds.
depending on villain i would bluffraise(board seems tempting for this and we hypothetically block AA) or just fold i think.
but very curious what the rest here thinks, as i also don't really know. also the question is a bit tricky as i am not sure what exactly to think about ^^

Would open fold preflop. Upper gap sucks!

I would mainly fold flop to half pot cbet or occasionally go for half pot raise and if called give up turn if we don't get extra equity. If we do get like J or most of spades it would be go time.

Solver opens that hand, which was a bit surprise to me with top gap. Even with non-Q suit.

On the flop just fold. His 3bet range is crushing you, and I don't think we should be making moves in low SPR situations at low stakes (readless).

Yes, Im curious if this would be a peel against 1/2 pot. My guts telling me I should call.
