I have an 888 poker account for over 15 years! I've been playing live roulette for 2 years and I've withdrawn over $ 50,000! 2 months ago they wanted my bank account for 6 months behind. I sent them everything! Then they asked for a pay slip! I said that I do not work and I do not have such a document! And my account has been blocked for 2 months now! I wrote 15 emails on support, on support, at all possible addresses on 888 and there is no answer for 6 weeks now !!! All this is to block the winning players! They just want to rob people !!!

Hi ValterVT,
I suggest that you send a postal mail to their registered address, asking politely for a resolution.
It might also help to send a postal letter to the gaming commission that certifies 888

If you wish, send the letters registered mail.

What won't help:
:diamond:  multiple emails
:diamond:  anger
:diamond:  threats and accusations

If there is a resolution to your problem, the support agent that handles your case must want to help you. If you piss them off, they'll be far less likely to help.

Finally, be aware that international anti-money laundering rules require that poker room and other gambling sites do these document searches periodically.
If there is any indication that there is a problem, they block the account.

Best of luck :gl:,
VS

I wrote everywhere, I was honest, I did not offend anyone! They just stopped communicating after I explained that I don't work and I don't have a document from the prison because I don't work !!! The paradox is that at the same time I was asked by pokerstars !!! Both 888 and PokerStars kicked out the Russian players who brought them 40% of the revenue! And now they are limiting their losses !!!

Wait, you are Russian and you've been to prison? Or you are mad they kicked the Russians (justifiably, me too) and/or you were working as an officer at a prison?
I don't think any of us can help you but even if anyone could, we don't have the whole information.
Did you use an affiliate when you registered for 888? Maybe they can help get you in touch with support or at least explain what's wrong?

I'm not Russian! I am Bulgarian and I live in Dublin and I have not been in prison! I google with a translator and he didn't translate exactly!

Oh, I'm Bulgarian too! 888 is not available in Bulgaria, I'm not sure about Ireland. And I'm not sure what is their policy about players from restricted countries playing in other countries. I would assume you created your account when you lived in Bulgaria 15 years ago? So they may have a case to close your account. But they don't have a case of keeping any of your money... Did they confiscate any of your money?

9 years ago when I came I continued to play with my account which was from Bulgaria, but I was not entitled to promotions! From 888 I was advised to close my Bulgarian account and make a new one from Ireland! That's what I did to use bonuses and promotions! No, they didn't keep my money! They waited for me to have no money in 888 and used the moment!2 years ago with $ 200 I made $ 16,000 in 3 hours! But the next day I tilted and played them! And since then I have changed my tactics. Each week there is a 25% bonus promotion up to $ 300 3 times a week. On Friday I deposit $ 1000 and they give me $ 250 if I make them 3500-4000 $ I withdraw them and on Saturday I put 1000 again and so 3 times a week! I just stopped keeping money on the site so as not to play a lot of money at once! And so in 2 years I've made over $ 50,000 from just 888 up and down in PokerStars

just those who observe discipline and win for a long time from the casino do not need! Because when I have a bad day I will lose $ 1,000 and not a dollar more! But when I was in a good series I withdrew $ 7-8000 a day and so I made a profit and not only from 888 but the same situation is in pokerstars !!! Both sites want documents for me at the same time?!?! It's just that from space you can see that they don't want me to play in their casinos !!!!

Unlike 888 PokerStars at least communicate with me, ask me a question once a week, I answer right away and wait a week for them to ask me another question that is completely pointless! They're just slowing me down so I don't play in their casino! But 888 just stopped communicating !!! Without saying anything, the last email from 888 was 08.04.22 then they asked me for a job slip! I immediately replied that I do not work and I do not have such a document and nothing since then !!! I wrote to 4-5 emails, I have 888, I receive an incoming number and they tell me that they will contact me within 48 hours and there for more than a month!
