KQo in MP

I guess you are using the MSS.
Pre-flop I would raise 3x most of the time. Especially with a shorter stack than normal.

You could raise the flop, but I doubt villain will be able to fold. I would just call and re-evaluate the turn with the backdoor flush draw.

It's not a good spot to raise. You only have backdoor equity and the board is ace high.
If he has an ace, it may be hard to get a fold, especially when you're shortstacked.
Just call in these spots, you get a great price to outdraw.

I would just call/call/call or call/call/fold post flop. No need to raise, the hand plays itself.
