i passed the quizz waited 4 days and did not recive the starting capital and i was wondering if it had any sense to post the back side of my id card which is blank, ive got no messanges on email nor tickets

Your ID check was successfully completed, but our support wrote you a ticket which you need to read & reply to: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/

Afterwards they will retry sending the starting capital
