6+ Flop nut flush draw plus gutshot

Problem is that there is a possible made flush as well
I have no pair, just the draws, but they're quite strong draws.
No stats on opponent, but they're seemingly happy to keep betting here.

Should I have raised this flop in position?

Pre-flop seems like a easy raise with AK, but not to familiar with raising ranges in 6+ Hold'em.

As played I would check/call and re-evaluate the turn. Villain can have everything and not sure villain folds to often on a raise.

According to the GTO charts, this is indeed a 3Bet shove 2/3 of the time, raise 1/3 and call 1/3

I take the wait-and-see approach when dealing with unknowns, until I get some sort of feel for how they play.
