I prefer to Cbet the flop around half pot for value and protection against 3 villains. As played I would Cbet around half pot on the turn as well. This way you keep the initiative during the hand and you can still get value.

Now you are playing a guessing game and that's always tough, but I can't fold a over pair yet without the decent reads on the better.

I agree. Should be leading flop for more and lead the turn. BTN looks fishy and if SB doesn't raise the turn I'd probably go for a small lead on the river too assuming it bricks.
