Turning my hand into a bluff on river

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 2 BB, fold, Hero calls 1 BB

Flop: (4.4 BB, 2 players) 8♠ Q♥ 3♥
Hero checks, BTN bets 2.12 BB, Hero calls 2.12 BB

Turn: (8.64 BB, 2 players) 3♣
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: (8.64 BB, 2 players) 7♥
Hero bets 11.72 BB

I just had this eerie feeling that my hand might not be good on river at SD.

Thoughts?

Fold the flop.
As played you do have SD value. Typically you need to win around 10% for the check to be +EV. You have this. You beat out 10j 109 and other draws. No need to bluff here.

Without any info if villain Cbets a lot it's tough to call with a small pair.

If you bluffing the river I would make it around half pot or you value betting so big as well. Otherwise you are easy to read.
