Here I limped so that there would be a bigger chance to knockout the BB player and folded vs the chip leader's bet. Was it correct to limp and was it correct to fold?

With the second smallest stack at the table, I think the best opportunity to get ITM is to fold any two cards — with the possible exception of AA or maybe KK
Either BU or SB can call your shove and lose and still be in second place.
You therefore have no fold equity.
BB will be SB next and presumably lose half their remaining stack.
You can coast into 3rd place.
Your position sux, because even when you are on the button, the two killer stacks are in the blinds.
BB is forced all-inn during this hand.
Not sure the BB is sitting out or not.
If BB is sitting out you will finish 3th place for sure and is shoving a decent option.
Otherwise I would still fold QJo and hoping 1 of the big stacks will bust the BB.

These kind of spots are interesting. I think QJo is probably bit too weak to limp-call but it can actually be close. ICM tax will decrease a ton with shortstack being allin. WIth HRC or ICMizer this could be checked.

Actually, not quite.
But assuming BB doesn't double up, he's forced all-in next hand — I don't know where I got the idea he would lose only half his stack in SB
I have bubbled a SnG at least once where the 1 BB player survived but I didn't.
To me it is a question of almost guaranteed money now or take a chance on more later.
The two big nearly-equal stacks make a big difference in this hand.
The holdemresources nash calculator says CO should push:
10.4%, 66+ A8s+ ATo+ KTs+
In any case, I don't think limping is ever good in this spot.
Short stack has 310 chips in the BB. Big blind is 300 and the ante is 25. Ante and BB is higher than villains stack.
