Hello, I come with a challenge for the next 12 days. A kind of Tankroll in which we start with a $40 bankroll and go up with a fairly aggressive management. The goal is to build a solid bankroll for nl10-nl25
$40 - nl2
$60 - nl5 - we go down with $40
$120 - nl10 - we go down with $80
$300 - nl25 - we go down with $200
As you can see, we go up with 12 BI from the upper level, and we go down if we lose 4 BI in that level.
Details:
- We will preferably play Full Ring tables, which is where I stand out the most. But if at any given moment I don't manage to have 4 FR tables with good recs, I complete with SH tables.
- We are going to take the all-in cashout always, absolutely always regardless of the size of the pot or the % of equity that we have.
I know this is EV-, but I do this for two reasons;
The first is that with such aggressive management we do not want the variance to screw up the challenge, so I prefer that the profits be kept as close as possible to the EVbb/100
The second reason is that I am quite curious to know how many bb/100 this really costs us, I have searched the internet but I can't find a clear answer. If I had to guess I would say that it costs us between 1 and 2 bb/100.
- I will be posting daily the most important/interesting hands during the challenge, as well as the advances/regressions that we have.
- If we manage to finish the challenge with a bankroll of at least $250 I will be quite happy.
