Which tools are recommended? There no free tools on the market, right? Some tools with lifetime license? Are there any other possibilities to train preflop or to review hands preflop?

Odds oracle has lifetime license and its pretty cheap though cant remember price anymore. Preflop ranges are quite bit more complicated in omaha as you cant really just have easy grid like in holdem. But it does help to understand where hand strength come from:
- Nuttiness: In general higher cards are better to hit better two pairs, better draws, etc.
- Connectivity: More connected hands have easier time to hit strong. Like top two with oesd, 13+ out wraps.
- Suitedness: rainbow hands in general are mostly fairly weak. Outside of AA and some double pairs. So suits give way more potential but hand being double suit doesnt make it strong alone.
Very common mistake in micro and small stakes at least seems to be way overplaying ds hands. Like lets say 3betting QT75ds. Hand is crappy connectivity wise and being ds doesnt make it suddenly strong. Its very easily dominated for one thing. But yeah with odds oracle training you can get idea what makes hand strong and what should you open from different positions as default.
That system in the link works with Oracle free trial too. PokerJuice opening ranges are very close to solver ranges. And as most hands near the threshold are breakeven in solver, in reality it doesn't really matter that much if you don't play "perfect" preflop. Just understand where the thresholds are and you can adjust well.
