SB: 142.5 BB : 1k hands 28/21/2 - Extra 3 bet blind vs steal (SB) - 8%, FCBet - 60%, but 100% in 3bet pot
BB: 100 BB
UTG: 138.5 BB
CO: 68 BB
Hero (BTN): 130.5 BB
SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB
Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♦ Q♠
fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, SB raises to 9 BB, fold, Hero calls 6 BB
I can argue about the call to keep his range on, but "mehhh"
Flop: (19 BB, 2 players) J♣ 4♠ T♠
SB bets 9 BB, Hero raises to 27 BB, SB calls 18 BB
Kind of a good flop. His CBet is standard, but with no A, K on the board, I think my raise is good.
With his call, I think I place him 77+, maybe AJ, AsTs+, KQ+.
Turn: (73 BB, 2 players) 5♣
SB checks, Hero bets 28 BB, SB calls 28 BB
I think I need to protect my hand and this betsize won't do it. When he calls, I keep his range.
River: (129 BB, 2 players) 3♣
SB checks, Hero bets 66.5 BB and is all-in, fold
I thought about chbh here, but I on the range I placed him, I think he could call 88+, AJ and I loose against AA, KK.
Spoiler
Hero wins 122.5 BB
I am not sure I like how I played this, despite the result.
I may be extracting on mid pocket pairs, but that's all. Against AA, KK I loose all the same and am only giving AK a chance to hit the board, and not sure I'll fold easily.
This was a big mistake, that I got away profiting, right?
Extra: Would it be correct to play like this (what really happened) with 88/99?
Thank you.
