Got may account restricted.

While traveling i had some free time and i decided to play poker. Accidently braking some location rules(which i did not know about). Pokerstars sad they will unrestricted me when i return to Latvia, but when i returned they requested to send utility bill and passport, for the second time, i have sent them that many years ago. I did send them that on November 4 and they still have not contacted me.

The problem is that I am registered to WSOOP medium 1050$ via satellite. It starts in 4h and i am still restricted.

Dose someone knows what will happen will a be in "sit out" for that tournament?.

It dose not work in my software! I think it is because Latvia bans some poker ip. I also can not access pokerstars.eu web page. So many problems :(

Poker table just opened and i was able to play. :).

Their email support could be better and explain that to me like a week ago so i don't have to worry so much.

Hopefully they will unrestrict me soon.

Everything ended up amazing! Got my account reinstated this morning. Cashed in that tournament 3.1k and all that was from 5$ satellite ticket. Most of that money already in my bank account.:f_drink:

This went from very stressful to best day of this year!

So many times I have responded to "my account was frozen" posts, without every hearing what the outcome was. It is great to know that at least sometimes it all works out...
