I can't specify by name, since I have avoided them 
By category:
Rooms that you've never heard of that send you an unsolicited email promising fantastic bonuses
Rooms that don't have discussion forums on a major poker discussion platform such as PokerStrategy.com[1]
Rooms that have recently been in the poker news as having financial problems.
Rooms that don't offer deposit/withdrawal options that suit your preferences.
[1] Even PokerStrategy.com doesn't have a perfect record. Several rooms have been de-listed over the years for various reasons. As with anything, "you pays your money, you takes your chances". However, PokerStrategy.com screens rooms and only accepts as partners those that meet certain standards. No, I don't know what those standards are.
