Preflop, pretty standard.

UTG checks, Hero bets $0.14, UTG raises to $0.36, Hero calls $0.22
Flop hits our range really well, so we cbet here 1/3 of the pot size, we get X/R by villain who I have marked as a NL2 Reg. I think his X/R consists of FD/some 9X/99s/KJs/QJs. Since there was no 4bet pre I assume villain never has AA/KK/AK here.
Turn: ($1.11) 9♠ (2 players)
UTG bets $1.07, Hero calls $1.07
Villain bets full pot on turn which is a 9. Theoretically, villain has very few 9x combos in their range, so it's very unlikely his hand just improved to trips, so I think it's safe to call here as villain can still bet all his FD/gutshots as semi-bluff.
River: ($3.25) J♦ (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks
River is a J, quite a brick card on this board, as we block Q10 combos so very unlikely Villain improved to a straight here and FD missed. He checks, I decided to check back, but I think that's a mistake here. I think I should go for a thin value bet here, around 25% of the pot to get called by worse Ax/Kx and maybe some Jx, as our hand looks pretty under repped the way we played our hand.
