Only 22 hands on villain, but I've seen him 4b K9s from UTG and then barrel air. I wasn't sure if I should bet turn, all villains air folds now, but I stack Ax. And when villain over bets river, raise or just call?

I bet on turn for value from Ax. River I never raise here on paired board vs overbet. If he bluff here, he fold here with full house he go 3bet all in on river after raise.

Calling river seems best indeed. You get only action of weaker flushes that you beat and not sure those hands would check the turn. On the turn I would go for a vlue bet and re-evaluete on further action.
