JJ 3BP vs 2 calling stations

UTG called one of my big river value bets Qh. UTG will call down to river and sometimes fold and sometimes call with high card, MP calls flop and then mostly folds to turn bets. I struggle with JJ in 3bp. I also didn't know what size to bet as the flop looks kinda safe. Should I still be betting turn knowing UTG calls down with worse? Don't want to give draws a free card.

GG Poker - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

CO: $2.06 (103 bb)
BTN: $1.00 (50 bb)
SB: $2.36 (118 bb)
Hero (BB): $3.48 (174 bb)
UTG: $2.28 (114 bb)
MP: $2.00 (100 bb)

SB posts $0.01, Hero posts BB $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has J♦: J♣:
UTG calls $0.02, MP raises to $0.08, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.27, UTG calls $0.25, MP calls $0.19

Flop: ($0.82, 3 players) 3♦: 4♦: 9♠:
Hero bets $0.30, UTG calls $0.30, fold

Turn: ($1.42, 2 players) 9♣:
Hero bets $0.46, UTG raises to $1.71 and is all-in, Hero?

Are you following a game plan that calls for small CBets?

I prefer 1/2 pot — especially on wet boards. Why give opponents direct odds to call?

I'm in the BB lol, fixed it. Yeah, I messed up the flop cbet. I really wasn't sure if I should bet half pot, close to pot, or on the smaller size.

Especially multi way you can easy Cbet the flop at least 50c for value and protection against 2 random villains on NL2.
If you would do that you can shove for less than potsize effective on the turn.

And suddenly he does this? wait a little longer to stack him, wait for a spot where you opt to put him AI, and not vc-versa. Let him win a battle, the war will be yours

On NL 2 you want to fold your jj on the turn?

You shouldn't fold turn in this spot in my opinion, sure he will have some 9x and a few full houses. But I also see them shove smaller pairs and some diamond draws given your small bets and you also only need to call $1,30 in a $3,60 pot.
