I don't know. Lately, my general feeling is that I've been taking all the wrong decisions.

Villain had a VPIP of 40 and 3bet of 15. I think he is a regular. I usually have a horrible time playing against him.

$0.05 PL Hi (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

SB: 299.2 BB
BB: 100 BB
Hero (UTG): 119.2 BB
MP: 187.6 BB
CO: 95.6 BB
BTN: 185.8 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 7♠ A♦ 4♣ A♣

Hero raises to 3.4 BB, MP calls 3.4 BB, fold, fold, SB raises to 14.6 BB, fold, Hero raises to 48.2 BB, fold, SB calls 33.6 BB

Spoiler

Should I not 4-bet this ugly AA? Have no idea about 4betting range and 4betting calling range.

Flop: (100.8 BB, 2 players) K♦ 8♠ 9♥
SB checks, Hero bets 71 BB and is all-in, SB calls 71 BB

Spoiler

I'm aware it is a horrible flop for my hand, but no idea what to do here...
Always wondering if check/fold or small cbet/fold would make hero exploitable at those microstakes...

Turn: (242.8 BB, 2 players) T♣

River: (242.8 BB, 2 players) 3♦

Spoiler

Hero shows 7♠ A♦ 4♣ A♣ (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 66%, Flop 11%, Turn 5%)
SB shows J♣ K♥ K♣ J♠ (Three of a Kind, Kings)
(Pre 34%, Flop 89%, Turn 95%)
SB wins 238.8 BB

I generally prefer not to be face-up in such spots (playing mainly PLO10 lately) especially with 150+ BB effective, but I guess I would have done it the same way. The SPR looks too low to fold this.

with mp behind you calling your openraise, you want to 4bet 100% AA. headsup could consider at least flatting some rainbow stuff. although against a guy with 15% 3bet we want 3bet 100% AA as well. as played not much we can do here better. villain made the mistake calling your 4 bet, kkjjss would be a 3bet fold
