Villain had fairly high vpip playng too many hands but often with agression preflop.

So flop is first decision point. 100bb deep I would not mind to cbet pot and stack off but this deep it gets quite awkward if I get raised. Also would probably use 0.5-0.75 pot cbet size this deep. So x-c seemed like ok option. In trainer 200bb deep SBvsBU this was 2/3 cbet. Call versus half pot raise and fold to pot raise.

Turn we have to x-c again.

River is interesting though. SPR is around 1.25. So I thought there is high chance villain check this river and I am not so sure if x-shove will be good idea anyway. Villain had slowed down with set in one earlier 3bet hand on A turn so I were bit worried he might check here also. 54 is rare but villain can definitely have some with fd combos. I went with half pot river lead trying to get call from some two pairs and weaker sets. If villain shove it would probably be ok to fold as I dont expect to get bluffed or weaker to shove. But would be tough spot. Also probably not river villain would often bluff.

How would you play K♥: river?

Definitely bet river, as he most likely checks back a lot of hands. 54 is REALLY narrow part of his range, only QQ54 type of hands should make sense, or some 5544ds that bluffs the flop.

On Kh river I think it's more about how you have played rivers earlier vs him. Versus more aggro I like check-call, to let him barrel all his fd bluffs. Versus more cautious you could lead as it's hard to fold 2p/set when fd misses.

I totally agree with Kyyberi. The river is better for our 3bet range having lots of AAxx and AQxx so we should lead frequently. The flush-draw and 2 Kings blockers make it more unlikely villain is third-barrel bluffing holding on a draw with no SDV himself so we get value from sets and 2pairs like AQ, 99´s or Q9. But I would not bet full pot since his calling range is probably elastic.
