How You play postflop this hand just call on turn or raise? On river must call I think. Unknown player.

Yup 'fraid so.
Nothing you can do will change anything — unless opponent is capable of folding QQ on the turn, and you can't know that

99 is also a hand you could 3bet pre-flop with for value in position.
Off course it's a little bit villain depended and than you have a easy fold if villain 4bets on you.
Post-flop is pretty standard. The over bet shove could be a tell, but folding a full house is most of the time out of the question.

You could consider a 3bet vs CO. Postflop is fine. Cooler

We can 3-bet pre IP, sometimes we call, I think it's fine to mix it.

When he goes 1/3th pot on the flop it's quite standard. When he goes 1/3th on the turn again I perceive this is weakness, because if he had a Tx he would want to go for value here and make it large.

For this reason I have a lot of bluffs that raise turn here, some broadways like JQ, KJ. Sometimes some 87s that floated flop in position. Anything with some kind of equity and when we get called we take it down on the river most of the time.

Because we have a lot of bluffs here, we also want to throw in some value to take this line and that's one reason to raise the turn here against such a small sizing. The other reason is because we want value.

As played on river we happily get it in. We see Tx sometimes and sometimes we see better.

.

Yes I agree with this. Also, I noticed later, if you look closely at the screenshot you can see that villain has 51% VPIP. If you had any doubts whether you should call or 3-bet, this info should take all your uncertainty away.
