Your best bet is to raise a ticket with Customer Support who will be able to tell you which account the money is going to be transferred to.
As for the amount you will receive it will be $50 + $50 bonus on Full Tilt and $50 + $100 bonus on Cake Poker.
The money should be processed within 96 hours (4 working days). Please remember to check your inbox/spam folder in case you receive an e-mail regarding an id check.
