normal player

Whatever normal player mean.

I am gonna fold preflop.

Postflop is intresting. What hands V is checking as initiator? Hard to put him on a flush here. I expect flush draws to make a cbet. But we dont anything about him so everything is possible. I think i am gonna call this one

I believe this is a call preflop according to GTO Wizard. Correct me if I'm wrong. Someone.

I dont believe in some software programs blind for so many things telling me how to play poker. To me this hand is not really suitable for multiway pots. Very low playability. Pretty much dominated by stronger Kx hands. You will hit rarely top pair with the 8 and even if you do it will be hard to extract 3 streets of value. Same for the K

I am calling preflop and I am calling river. Not raising as there is a paired board.

You have to be willing to lose sometimes.

Pre-flop you get nice odds to call, but indeed the playabillity isn't to great. Only with top pair+ and/or a draw you can continue if villain would Cbet the flop. Turn and river play seems standard. I don't think we can shove for value on the river or villain is loose.

Hello everyone,
I has been a while since I did a hand analysis but I am going to try my best.

Preflop
Never fold a suited K in this situation. Yes, it is hard to continue with a one pair type of hand, but the odds you get to just call are insane, and you always have at least 2nd nuts flush when you hit. It is a hand that hits rarely, but you pay such a low price and you have so good implied odds that in my opinion it would be a disaster to fold on the long run.

Flop
I know it is kind of meta to have a leading range bb vs bu, and the reason for that donk range being constructed is to deny the check back BU does normally with the middle of hes range. Now that we understand this is not the case, we check our entire range here. The question is, do we check to check/raise or to check/call? I feel like this is a branch in the game tree that nobody discussed and In this hand it feels like the only decision you actually have facing a flop bet. I believe x/r would be a more +ev line given that you still have TP2nd kicker, a massive draw and all sorts of good things going for ya. A raise would also get value from weaker hands/draws and if you face a reraise throwing it in here cannot be bad since you block the set of 8s, and you have a pair in case you get it in against nut fd. That is massive in light aggro spots.

Turn
Of course we bet, we need value and we need to deny equity. The question is sizing and I think you should go smaller. You´re BB, and on that type of board you will bet a lot, and if you bet a lot you bet small. I would say max 1/3 here. I do believe there is an argument for overbetting, but you have to be careful cuz on this type of board you do not have overpairs(ok maybe 99-TT), and you dont have the AsKs, AsQs so from a range perspective, it is diffcult to justify it.
The 1/2 is probably ok, but since I would bet more than 60% of my range on that turn, I just cannot justify betting more than 1/3

River

Just bet/call, not much else to do. 3betting there will feel like betting into the abys since only boats and maybe the nut flush will call.

Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.
