Because I didn't cbet on flop, this becomes more of call down than usual, imo.

I would be inclined to CBet the flop.
Having done so, the turn is fine for a 2nd barrel, however as played, you need to call down, and that includes the river since the bet is so small you only need to be right some of the time (and I'm too lazy to figure it out, but I think it's one time out of 5)

Its ok to this sizing. He will have abundance of busted draws and will not bluff with better A high.
