Its multiway so I would just call and play fit or fold river. I dont think you have a lot of fold equity if you shove and its nice to let customer from BB to hang along too.

Against 3 villains I would most likely just check flop with 2 over cards and the straight draw.
It will be tough to get 3 players to fold and if you face a raise you need to fold.
On the turn you get more outs to win, but no point in raising and if you would fold now you should fold earlier.
