Hi here,

Getting an error message that doesn't allow to register for any of the BLAST tournaments:

Does anyone has information on the issue and when it will be resolved?

I did not get that — I'm not in Germany.
However there are other problems with 888 software this morning.
Tournament tickets are available, but are not listed in the client.
Support tells me that it is a display problem.

My guess is that they have more problems than just display problems.

Hope it gets better for you!

Yeah, noticed with tickets as well - this problem persist for a few days already.
Thanks for confirming that I'm not the only one experiencing it.

Hope issues would be resolved soon. I really like the room and its promotions, but software and reliability issues are quite common :deadhappy:

Filed a few claims for entry reimbursement due to connectivity issues when all players seemed to have it - no luck.

Can confirm as well - works like a charm for me as well now.

Regarding the original problem mentioned in the first post, I received an email from support:

Basically, the email states that there is yet another regulation in Germany :why: that prevents players from playing on multiple platforms simultaneously. This issue is related to integration problems with the system that checks activity across poker rooms.

Hey, i am also from germany and i had the same "problem". The key is to just click on "try again". I had these multiple times and it always worked.

Also i am very new to 888Poker. Since 5.4 every german was playing with ZERO Rakeback on Pokerstars. Can somebody tell me how much Rakeback i get through the 888club? I am at Level6 now. Is there some site who explains this. On 888poker i just find tons of text and rules without real information.

thx for helping

Welcome to 888Poker :f_drink:
Their rakeback program with 888club is not much to rely on. I have received 20$ after 4 months of active play on the platform (~7K of rake paid). But their BLAST leaderboards - are a real gem. I have achieved 95% Rakeback this month with this promo. Not sure if they have something similar for cash and MTT players, though
