OK, I had a look at the PokerStars lobby.
I can find no tournaments with a $540 buy-in, but lots with a $530 buy-in.

Here is how to find out how to get tickets.
1. Find a tournament you want to play.
2. Double-click it. You will see something like this:

In the bottom-left you will see that there are satellites. In this case only one, but it pays out 4 seats.
If you finish in the top 4 you will get a $109 ticket.

Note the name: "Sunday Warm-up High Roller..." and the date and time it starts.
If you provide those two things — the name and starting time — I can help you, otherwise I still have no clue what you're asking.
