Do you AutoReg to the advertised Tourney with a seat of a satellite or is there a duration on the ticket?

Nazgos is quite correct.
If you win your seat after late reg has ended, then you could either get a ticket (most common) or you might get T$

If I am already registered for the goal tourney and win the seat, will it autoreg me if I bust within the latereg?

If you are already registered in the goal tournament, then when you cash in the satellite, you will get either a ticket or T$.
If you bust in the goal tournament, you will need to re-register using either the T-money or the ticket.
