I think both calling and squeeze (3-betting) is fine. Against their loose ranges 3-bet is probably the better play but it requires experience in 3bp postflop maneuvring where mistakes are more expensive and plays have higher variance.
Versus aggros always c-raise.

Check-raise still makes sense.
1. Due to their loose preflop ranges, a lower aggressive frequency postflop still countains a lot of hands. He has to give up more often because it is harder for him to hit the flop overall.
2. You do not know how the composition of the stat looks like and how it differes on different textures or amount of players in the pot. It also means better instant stack-off chances with the nuts against a weaker made hand ie when the check-back contains more draws or weaker bet-folding SDV.
Betting turn and river big is correct. Betting the turn just with half-pot is a little timid imo. We are not completely capped yet whereas opponents partially are. Finally when the flop was checked a fancy river check-raise is less favourable in general.
