MP had been decently active with open raises. BB is maniac who has consistently overplayed postflop and play draws often in aggro way. Decent amount of 3betting/squeezing but no 4betting so far.

With nut suit I would tend to just call as it play better multiway but with this I like to either 3bet or fold. Idea is to of course fold to 4bet. BB goes for cold call and MP call. We are 150bb deep vs BB.

Flop SPR is around 3.6 vs BB. BB leads 2/3 pot and I think my hand is too weak to stack off and too strong to fold so call is only option.

Turn SPR is 1.3 and BB second barrel close to pot. I am not actually sure if its even standard to continue here? Kind of nice side of my hand is that we do pretty good versus most draws and also have decent equity versus stuff like top two. Very marginal anyway at best of scenarios versus unknown so as default I would probably fold as some of stronger stuff has us drawing really thin. Versus this guy I decided to shove. If calling we can fold on spade river but on other hand we also get value from those draws with turn shove. But yeah anyway I dont think it matters much which we choose if we decide to continue.

I agree. I also 3bet the AJT9ss without nutsuit. Solver likes the connected SV around the :Jx: :Tx: very much as it has a better potential to flop straights. I have not finished my 3et ranges yet but from former studies they were in an extended 3bet ip, and they surely make sense theorywise blocking the Ace with the smooth floppable equity distribution. Solver is very picky in general 3betting single-suited stuff.

I like the flop call when continuing heads-up ip. Too weak to shove but with tp+oesd we have some outs with decent implieds, a potential float (it is still a little marginal, a bdfd, fd- or bdfd-blocker would be once more very helpful otf) or get a SD .

The turn is a blank. I think the turn shove is an overplay against a 2barrel oop (the missing flushdraw hurts us, bottom 2pair is very marginal here too as villain should primarily not protect-barrel with his SDV-overpairs like naked KK, so I´d say with no fd-blocker and the SPR higher than 1 together make this marginal defend a clear fold. We had around 15 cards that would have allowed to gii against a typically merged range oop aka second barrel which is decent to defend the flop but once we miss we have to give it up against further aggression, villains bluffing range often contain multiple components too often where we wont be good pretty often without flushdraw. I´d rough guess our equity to sth. like 23-27% so we don´t get the required hand-vs-range equity (at SPR 1.3 we need like ~36% equity).

If villain checks, I check behind btw.

I think it is played well. I would do the same. Probably he has a hand like KKsTsx
It is the worst scenario. It is hard to imagine better hand in his range. i dont know the odds agaist this hand.

Calling flop and Folding Turn is also nice

Oh I did not recognized that BB is the maniac 2barreling. I thought it is the "fairly active" MP.
In this instance I agree that we might still shove the turn as his range is going to be way more loose (weaker semi-bluffs, mediocre SDV like the KK´s even without spades). It will be rocketing our variance but yes, at that SPR I think too that gii ott is fine.
