If you raise the river, you turn your hand into a bluff, and if youre planning to raise, raise it up to at least $11.
Your bettingsizes really suck, that is a big leak. And I would prefer to call flop, and reevaluate.

I would really consider 3betting preflop here.
As said, raise flop up to 11-13$, you are giving too good odds with such minraise.
Same with turn, bigger bet here.
