I don't think it's to bad to just call villain down. Especially with the 4th  on the turn.
Against some villains a fold on turn or river would be a decent option with only a bluff catcher.
It's hard to get to much value with raising the flop. Almost anything in villains 3bet range will most likely fold except A♥::Tx:+, :Ax: K♥: and K♥::Kx:+ and :Tx: :Tx:

this river is probably hard underbluffed by the population, nobody will find nearly enough bluffs in this spot. additionally, villain has a lot of value hands and we just have a bluff catcher at this point. tbh, i cant find the fold otr also, it is what it is.

You need to reraise big on flop. He has a Draw or top set that pays . You have 70% equity most of the time. This time he turned you. As played call down is fine . He choosed small bets

It's super interesting seeing the 1/3 pot size bet from the villain now. I'm back after a bit of a hiatus from poker so I need to get up to play with the times.

I prefer raising on the flop. we get calls from Ah and sets as regie mentioned (some people can 3bet small pps although probably not super common). we can also get a free card on the river when we don't like the turn.

As played I think calling down is fine on these sizings.

As an aside what does your raising range look like on the flop here? Just out of interest

On monocolour flop like here I raise sets standard, flush more times I just call. Sometimes I mix raise with call hands like big ace with nut flush draw but depends on opponent which option I chose.
