So this guy had played very wide at this point. Lets say his range is likely around 40-50% so basically BU open. I thought about going for x-r on flop and turn both as I think we could get opponent to continue too wide even with his weak range. But fact is we do have one of weakest TT possible and stacks are 160bb deep. So I kind of like to use this set for calldown line as we want to have some of these hands that can quite happily call versus three street aggression on good amount of runouts. On this river I would just call as default but I think versus this type of villain we can probably go for it all as he might not get away from some straight or weaker boats that easily.
But yeah I think x-c line is ok default line here at least versus supposed tight MP range. But would you prefer to use stronger TT combos for slowplay versus maniac or weaker ones that require more protection? As default we are interested to raise more with strong combos but in a way versus these very barrel happy maniacs I wonder if it sort of turn around. Reasoning being there is extra value in giving the rope.
