Hello,
I having issues with pokerstars they have took my funds from my account for almost one year by claiming that they are doing some routine check/investigation which last almost one year, they keep ignoring me and not giving brief explanation why they violated they own terms and conditions in mutiplie way! They took from me 530$ for almost one year and seems nothing about to be solved.. I feel kinda lost and not sure what I have to do. Thanks for any suggestion on this matter.
