SB is unknown player, MP is recreational player, what should do on the turn?

PokerStars, Hold'em No Limit - $0.05/$0.10 - 6 players

UTG: $12.00 (120 bb)
MP: $7.25 (73 bb)
CO: $10.10 (101 bb)
BU: $10.18 (102 bb)
SB: $15.38 (154 bb)
BB (Hero): $10.76 (108 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with 2♣ 2♠
1 fold, MP calls $0.10, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.10, SB calls $0.05, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.40) T♥ K♣ Q♠ (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($0.40) 2♦ (4 players)
SB bets $0.38, Hero raises to $1.50, MP calls $1.50, BU folds, SB raises to $15.28 (all-in), BB (Hero) ???

I would raise smaller against a pot size bet on the turn. 90c is enough I think.
Now I would fold against the 3bet shove. SB has most likely a straight like J9 and the MP could have a monster as well after cold calling you're huge raise in position.

Cheers,

Tough spot, but I guess so much money is in middle and whale on MP can overcall shove.... so I just call, though I'm aware I will lose more often than win.
