Was it cbet flop 1/3, cb T 1/2 and ovb river, right? Well, since this is an overbet I dont see reason to bluff raise cause it is surely one spot per year on nl10, so it doesnt matter.
2) There are minor differences all over the place that usually can be explained. For example for big blind Ks9s is better than Kc9c on flop, probably because 2 of spade on turn gives cut off less full houses than 6 of clubs. But this example you gave doesnt make sense and Im not gonna spend another hour to figure this out, sorry:)
