You have top pair, fair kicker against a preflop capper. I know this is short handed, and there are standard routines involving SB vs BU etc, so this cap doesn't have to mean the best hand. I'm not sure what his hand ranges might be, but he needs AA, KK, AK, KQ or KJ to beat you, all of which he could have after this preflop action. His range is probably a lot wider than that, so much would depend on what kind of player he is, so what stats could you draw on?
He is IP, so his call flop c/r, raise turn is a very strong move, and folding would probably be correct.
Really depends on the stats of villain. Question is if he is capable ob raising a picked up flush draw or raising for free showdown with a high pair such as QQ or JJ. He has to be quite aggressive (af > 1.5 maybe, but not sure) and tricky for me to call him down here.
