2) 3-bet flop

3) tough, he bets on the flop, probably has a tp+ or a flushdraw, flushdraw gets there on the turn, but we cant fold (without the 9c i think fold is the way to go), river then is close and probably crying call

2) SB could be raising the flop with all sorts of drawing hands, so you have to 3bet there for value and to make drawing expensive.
3)I fold the turn against reasonable players without the 9c and calldown against tricky and loose ones.
