4betting vs tight villain here, and in the flop facing the usual problem, to cbet or to not cbet?
Thinking villain might have JJ or TT in his call range he would fold

1) Pre-flop I think with AQo it will be OK to fold.

If villain is tight I need to think twice before I would 4bet AQ with a decent change to get in a pre-flop war or playing a huge pot out of position. I need really good reads to change a hand like AQo in to a bluff pre-flop. Normally I would fold against a tight 3bet range pre-flop out of position.

As played the flop is really tricky. If you Cbet you get only action of better and all weaker hands would fold. Only weaker hands I can think of are TT and JJ. Read less I would most likely check/fold flop. Off course you can represent AK and QQ+ on the flop.

4bet preflop is ok, but you dont need to make it more than 25bb

As played very small flop bet should be ok. Something around 20-25%.
