I think you should call
If you call and you hit your flush on turn (if you dont hit on turn you got too fold) you must get extra $62 (advanced equity calculator) from him and I think thats almost always the case so.
I'm not 100% sure whether to call or fold, it's close.
If you call you're likely to have some implieds because the guy is tight. But it could also mean that he will be scared as hell once the flushdraw hits.
Since it is such a close spot i prefer to fold.
I feel like you either get in a near to breakeven spot with a marginal profit or have a huge -EV spot since you'll call the flop to fold the turn if you don't hit or you call the flop, hit - and then what?
Donking into him will reduce your implieds to a level where they could turn the EV of your flopcall from positive to negative, and checking would be dangerous because if he checks back you don't want to see either a paired board or a fourth on the river - you most likely have some reverse impplied odds there.
