Just a random question if u for example 3bet someone's MP oppenraise on sb and he instacalls, what hand do you put him?
Do you barrel every flop? or only high flops? Or u always double barrel because instacall seems weak?

I don't want to be rude, but these questions show (imo) that you still have the wrong approach to the game.
If you continue this way you will be a marginal winner at NL200+ at best.
Don't take a situation "x" and look for the way "y" to make the best play.
Look at all factors and figure out a way yourself. Otherwise you will sit at the tables, get in a tricky situation and make mistakes over and over again.
And afterwards you put the hand in the forum and remember what way would have been the right.
Problem is, there are like 60 trillion possible distributions of cards, so it is likely you will never get in the exact same situation in your whole life.
So look at why you should do things rather than what you should actually do.
a) "...he instacalls, what hand do you put him?"
We don't know more than you in this spot. You'll have to wait until it gets to the showdown once this happens and see what your opponent has.
If he does that constantly you can assume his range to be somewhat wide, of course.
b) "Do you barrel every flop?"
Open up pokerstove and look at what he could possibly have. Then look at different flops and calculate which percentage of his range he is likely to fold.
Then you look at how much you bet and how much you will win on average if he folds, compare that to how often he's folding.
No one can help you with this, you need to do the work a couple of times by yourself to get a feeling for it.
"or only high flops?"
Same thing as in b).
"Or u always double barrel because instacall seems weak? "
look at a) again.
Man ur not rude, its poker were talking about. I am never offended if anyone tells me i am doing something wrong, its exactly the opposite thats why i post the hands, i want to get some feedback, positive or negative doesnt matter.
When it comes to wrong approach then mby but mby not, thats why i come to these forums again cos if i have some questions i wanna ask i just ask them no matter how stupid they sound or how easy the hands are that ive posted. Yes, im usually too lazy to play with all kinds of equilators and search for the best solution myself. I know i should do that and then still post the hand here cos i might have missed something. At least im still doing some to improve my game
As for the question, yea its hard to answer that with one specific right thing to do but I'm hoping for several people to answer this thats how i can make some conclusions.
For example i said instacall, instacalls usually seem weak ( obv u can use that against the same arguement, like someone on purpose instacalls with AA because it seems weak and so on but lets leave it aside), so i wanted to know what u guys think, do you put him on TT-QQ and AQ? becaus with KK,AA,AK he should at least considet 4betting and take some time? or not? Of course its really player dependant.
And about barreling all those different kind of flops, i mean if we put him on a kinda mediocre or weakish range then a thinking player wont call our 3 barrels and that makes me ask whether on average i should go for 3 barrels or at least 2, for example to make him fold JJ on 27T8 board, if he is obviously able to fold that.
All in all im really thankful for ur reply, especially the criticism because u pointed out some of the things i need to work on.
